The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 419 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and others mercilessly assaulted the father of the informant as a result of which, he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22538 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 application is rejected.
