This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 13.07.2013 issued by the Executive Magistrate, Siwan under Section 146 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing the order of judgment in respect of land in dispute. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.
