The petitioner seeks bail in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 304B IPC was added.

It is a case dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete.
