For the Petitioner : Mr. Nityanand, Advocate For the S t a t e : Mr. Suresh Pd. Singh (APP) For O.P. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for O.P. No.2 as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner and the O.P. No.2 are present in person. Despite the fact that this Court took all possible steps to evolve a method of reconciliation between the parties, it appears that though the girl is willing and ready to stay with her husband, the boy is absolutely recalcitrant and has no intention to stay with her as he does not like her at all.

Considering the present scenario and that O.P. No.2 has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31703 of 2015 (6) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 stated that she is willing and ready to stay with her husband as she has entered into a marriage whereas the petitioner is not willing to do so, let the order of interim protection granted in favour of the petitioner, vide order dated 13.8.2015, be cancelled. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
