The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner no. 1 happens to be elder brother and petitioner no. 2 is Bhabhi (elder sister-inlaw) of husband of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they happen to be relative of husband of the deceased. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are living separately and have got no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus against these

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 558 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
