The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14929 of 2016 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender of petitioner no. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender of petitioner no. 3 be extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43003 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 The order dated 8.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14929 of 2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above. Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah.
