Petitioner is accused in connection with Angarhat P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii), 41(i) of the Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on the disclosure of accused Md. Razi, who is in inimical term with the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
