Pursuant to order dated 15.12.2015, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3, in which it has been stated that 90% Provisional Pension, Gratuity, Group Insurance and Leave Encashment has been sanctioned and cheques for various dues have been produced before the Court and handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that with regard to fixation of final pension, the same has to be done by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the final pension and Gratuity, due to late husband of the petitioner, is also finally paid to her within a period of two months from the date of
