The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.12 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR that he opened fire causing injury on the arms of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
