2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 , 323 , 354, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the IPC .
3 . As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted brother of informant with farsa due to which he sustained grievous injury .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to admitted land dispute between the parties, a scuffle took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injuries. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as informant vehemently opposed the bail application .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class East Champaran Motihari in connection with Banjariya P.S.
