The petitioner is accused in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused, Sonu Singh. Thereafter, petitioner was remanded in Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 on 27.01.2017 since then he is in custody and also got managed to implicate him in the present case. Further submission is that while petitioner is accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16706 of 2017 (3) dt.27-04-2017 in three other case, but in all three cases, he is on bail. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
