The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased lady having killed the deceased lady on the allegation of her having committed theft of Rs. 2000/- from the pocket of the brother-in-law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has filed a charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, hence the case of murder is not made out. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 16.03.2019.

Case No. 85 of 2019.
