Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S.Case No. 211 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who are in-laws of the deceased, is of causing death of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation is attributed to any of the petitioners, rather specific allegation is

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui, in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S.Case No. 211 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
