The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.697 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 435 of 2020 was registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code on 16.06.2020 by the petitioner against Rashmi Rani. Now the present case has been registered subsequently by the Manager of the Petrol Pump saying that Rs. 1.60 lakhs was due from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64330 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 petitioner with regard to the supply of petrol/diesel. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 697 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
