This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30(A), 37(A), (B)(D), 38(i)(ii) and 41(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

21 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no such criminal antecedent.
