The Petitioner seeks revision of part of the order dated 1.7.2013, by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur has refused to proceed against the Opposite Party No.2, who was the Circle Officer in Complaint case No.1000C of 2012. The Counsel for the Petitioner is unable to satisfy me as to whether in the facts of the case any offence is made out against the Opposite Party No.2.
