3. Heard MJC No. 2600 of 2024 filed for restoration of LPA No. 301 of 2022 which was dismissed vide order dated 30.10.2023.

4. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit and in the interest of litigant, order dated 30.10.2023 passed in LPA No. 301 of 2022 stands recalled. LPA No. 301 of 2022 stands restored in the file. Registry is hereby directed to list LPA No. 301 of 2022 before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest.

5. Accordingly, present MJC No. 2600 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand).
