This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Firing of Raman Kamat and Indrajeet Kamat caused injury to the grand-daughter of the informant. The firing took place during occurrence between the petitioners' side and the informant.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pulpras P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, or successor Court.
