JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 379, 504, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a matter of fact petitioners had land dispute with the complainant. However, the present case has been filed with a view to harass the petitioners. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, let above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54666 of 2016 (3) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case no. 13 of 2016, G. R. no. 284 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that bailors must be local one, having properties within the jurisdiction of the court below.
