The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.852 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27©, 28(a) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. On raid by the Drug Inspector prohibited medicine of 10 pockets of oxytoxine were recovered from the shop of the petitioner which is not supposed for licence holder to sell. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
