The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 27/2016 registered under Sections 188, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was posted as Block Development Officer, Aurangabad. The informant, who is presently posted as Block Education Officer, Madanpur (Aurangabad) lodged this case alleging that the petitioner did not hand over the charge of registers and folders with regard to the appointment of teachers in the block. It is submitted that the petitioner was posted as Block Development Officer, Aurangabad from 01.07.2013 to 31.08.2015 and on 16.08.2014 he was given additional charge of Madanpur Block. One Vimla Maria Lakra was posted as Block Development Officer prior to taking additional charge of Madanpur Block by

She handed over the charge of Block Education Officer to one Amrendra Kumar, Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator on 14.08.2014 from whom the petitioner took charge on 16.08.2014. The folders and registers with regard to appoint of teachers were not handed over to the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur P.S.
