JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(k) of the Excise Act. Twenty-four liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
