Petitioner is accused in connection with Gardanibagh P. S. Case no. 270 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case as no occurrence had taken place, as alleged.
