Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 registered under Sections- 452, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge is absolutely false and planted. Similarly situated coaccused namely, Suhail Khan has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50493 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
