The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant with Lathi causing him injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21599 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned. '
