The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Haspura P. S. Case No. 162 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 337, 338, 307, 353, 152, 295(A), 298, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, members of two communities were indulged in pelting stones on each group and when Police administration tried to pacify the matter then, both sides pelted stones on Police personnel also causing injury to several police personnel, out of those members 19 were caught and the Dafadar and Chowkidar stated the names of the petitioners also regarding their

Submission is of false implication and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, they are ladies, there is no injury report, peace has prevailed between the two communities and as such the petitioners having no criminal antecedent deserve sympathetic consideration. Learned APP fairly submits that against the petitioners there is no specific allegation and they were the members of the mob.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daud Nagar in connection with Haspura P. S. Case No. 162 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
