JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 14-10-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that though admittedly inordinate delay of 883 days has taken place in filing the present review petition, however realizing the fact that the present petition does not depict any of the grounds mentioned under Order 47, Rule (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 so as to warrant review of the order in question and moreover, there being no apparent error on the face of the record of the connected judgment dated 18.12.2021, passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1860 of 2012,

Patna High Court C. REV. No.238 of 2024(3) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 seeks not to press the present petition, nonetheless seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the said judgment dated 18.12.2021 by taking recourse to the due process of law, including that of filing a special leave petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

2. This Court is of the view that if the law so permits, the petitioner is not debarred from availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

3. Accordingly, the present review petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
