Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 342, 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 7/9 of the Bihar Control of the Use and Play of Loudspeaker Act, 1955.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner is a farmer and has no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is nothing specific alleged against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21595 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 him. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13679 of 2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
