====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, is alleged to have committed theft of two iron angles and five nut bolts from godown of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53175 of 2025(2) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is accused of committing theft and has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
