Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 8 of 2016 registered under Sections- 364, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14170 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.02.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
