The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under rule 39(i)/56(i) B.M. (C.P.I.-M.T.S.) Amendment Rules 2021.

As per allegation, some vehicles were found loaded with illegally mined sand. The loader of petitioners was also seized by the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent. Their loader was engaged in filling soil in the premises of one Rahul Kumar Singh, and for ulterior motive, it

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-Nirmal U T
