2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 326, 332, 333 , 353 , 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have created nuisance at the police station and when the police officers tried to apprehend him, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted and sprinkled chilli powder on the police party and also threatened them to burn alive.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons hindered the police party in discharging their duty and also assaulted them and threatened to burn them.

6. Considering the nature of accussation and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
