Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has been paid by and large all retiral dues but he has not been paid arrears of family pension from 22.5.2000 to 21.5.2007.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that he has already issued the proper authority and it is the Treasury Officer, Muzafarpur who has to comply the order.

Patna High Court MJC No.1540 of 2013 (4) dt.08-05-2015 In such view of the matter, Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the payment of arrears of family pension to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In failure the Court may take suitable action against him. With the aforesaid observation and direction this application is disposed of.
