The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 (G.R. No. 436 of 2016) registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 494/34, 498(A), 328/511 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant and they have no concern with the dispute of husband and wife. Further submission is that they have falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50514 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, G.R. No. 436 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
