Petitioner is accused in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 registered under Sections 392/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7703 of 2016 (Annexure-2). It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15960 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016.
