On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and the C.W.J.C. No. 578 of 2006 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs. 500/- ( Five hundred rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within three weeks from today, thereafter, receipt showing payment of cost is to be filed.
