2. In this case, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner on 27.08.2024 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is also apparent from perusal of the record that parties were ready for one time settlement and for that the case was referred to Mediation Centre.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is offering Rs. 3 Lakhs at one time settlement which is not accepted by the Opposite Party.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and as the
