2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S. Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioners no.3 and 4, namely, Ram Basisth Thakur and Sita Ram Thakur @ Sita Ram Kumar Thakur.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioners no.3 and 4, namely, Ram Basisth Thakur and Sita Ram Thakur @ Sita Ram Kumar Thakur.
6. It is next submitted that petitioners no.1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that in the marriage of his niece, the accused persons came and created ruckus alleging that why the land was sold, further Ram Basisth Thakur along with Sitaram Thakur and Chhotu Thakur assaulted with knife and Bhala causing injury on head. Thereafter Champa Devi and Seema Devi snatched Mangal Sutra, while Manorma Devi took away nose ring and Rs.25,000/-, further accused persons assaulted his uncle causing injury on his neck and Sunita Devi also participated in the occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next

It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners a nd the entire family members including women have been implicated with ornamental allegation.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
8. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners no.1, 2, 5, 6 and 7, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 126/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
