JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 The petitioner seems to have some feud with respondent no.6. He has raised two issues. Firstly, that respondent no.6 is making construction over Khata no. 569 Khesra no. 1661 which is a public road. He next submits that the construction is being made without a sanctioned map. So far as 2nd issue is concerned, the petitioner should approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law. So far as 1st issue is concerned, counter affidavit filed by respondents, in compliance of order dated 13.3.2012,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12407 of 2011 (5) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 does not specifically state whether any construction is being made on the public land or not. The petitioner has filed Title suit no.340/2001 against respondent no.6.

The petitioner can agitate his grievance before appropriate authority.

The writ petition is disposed of.
