2. This memo of appeal has been filed for setting aside the order dated 11.06.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui arising out of Complaint Case No. 09C/2024 under Sections 341, 323, 354B of the IPC and under Sections 3(i)(r)(s)(w), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
3. According to the complaint, the appellant is alleged to have entered the house of the complainant under the influence of alcohol, grabbed her, abused her and thrown her down and tried to outrage her modesty.
4. Considering the allegation levelled against the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3637 of 2024(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 appellant, gravity of the offence and the nature of the accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the appeal is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
