Hoda Khan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 From the show cause filed by the respondents no. 4 to 6 and the averments made from 5 onward it is clear that the claim of the petitioner for grant of ACPs was placed before the District Screening Committee, Jamui on 19.01.2017 and on the basis of the entries made in the service book, ACP has been granted to the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. The claim of the petitioner having been settled in accordance to the averments made in the show cause and the documents and orders filed, Annexure-A series, no case for

Patna High Court MJC No.877 of 2016(3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 further proceedings in the contempt is made out. The proceedings are discharged with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the action taken afresh in accordance with law in case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting in the matter. The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
