JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is also case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are found simple in nature. It is further contended that the injuries are also upon the petitioners' side and there is admitted land dispute between the parties.

No.58457 of 2015 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Devendra Sah @ Devindra Sah, Bijo Sah, Bhogi Sah @ Bhogi Singh, Fakir Sah, Chandani Devi @ Chandhi Devi and Rinku Devi be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.311/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section
