Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's motorcycle got stolen, leading to registration of the First Information Report against unknown. Subsequently, the petitioner and Dinesh Prasad while travelling on the said motorcycle met with an accident.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55796 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
