JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The instant matter has been filed under the heading for modification of order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39461 of 2015 whereby the above named petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail.

The petitioner was supposed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks which he failed to do so and he further wants extension of time so that he could surrender before the court below.

This Court allows him four weeks further time from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order to surrender before CJM, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.49 of 2015.

The instant petition for modification is allowed to extent above.
