This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016, disclosing offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. This is second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016. Earlier, the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail was rejected by order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36827 of 2016. The present second application for anticipatory bail cannot be maintained.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this
