The petitioners seek bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 10/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 25 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that the petitioners are in jail for last two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
