JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioner and other accused persons resorted to fire indiscriminately in the background of a dispute with regard to the construction of embankment of a water channel and temple.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that none received any injury though the petitioner is accused in two other cases and in one case he is on bail. There is counter version of the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56909 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Bhojpur in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No.30 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
