This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. When the stolen property was being distributed in the house of this petitioner, the petitioner and other coaccused were apprehended. Co-accused, Shakir Alam, has been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13970 of 2017. Allegation against petitioner is of similar footing.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 881 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court.
