Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.552 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. He also submits that the petitioners were members of the mob and they have no concern with the seized motorcycle. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and the

No.56490 of 2022(3) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 submissions, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.552 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
