1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 351(2) and 352 of the BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to land, accused persons came and on orders of Kishun, accused Jitendra assaulted the informant by bamboo causing injury on head, further Vikram dashed his wife on the ground and Amit
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53557 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 assaulted her by bamboo causing injury on finger, while Dharmendra wrapped towel around the neck of his son with a view to kill, thereafter Ravi assaulted his other son by hand causing injury on ear.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is also submitted that allegation against Vikram is of dashing the wife of the informant on ground while Dharmendra is alleged to have wrapped towel around the neck of the son of the informant and against Ravi, it is alleged that he assaulted his other son by hand. It is next submitted that thrust of the allegation of assaulting the informant is against Jitendra and Amit. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioners is ornamental in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.53557 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 3/3 learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.
7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is allowed.
